1. Description of the Service

CDM is a mobile application designed to help university students organize their academic progress. This includes recording courses taken and passed, organizing weekly class schedules, notification alerts, recording academic failures, and academic average simulation.

2. Responsibility of Academic Information

It is of vital importance that you understand the following when using the app:

  • Information and Simulation Tool: The average calculation tools (general and with failures) and course tracking are strictly for personal reference and simulation by the user.
  • No Official Validity: The application is not linked to any university or official educational entity. All academic information (averages, regularities status, mandatory or elective courses passed) lacks official or legal validity.
  • User Responsibility: Official verification of your academic standing must be performed directly through your educational institution's official systems (such as SIU-GuaranĂ or other institutional portals). We are not responsible for errors or omissions in your academic calculations resulting from the use of the application.

3. Account Use and Registration

To synchronize your data in the cloud and access it from multiple devices, you can register using your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and the activities performed within it.

4. Donations, Advertising, and "Cafecitos"

CDM is a free download and use project. In order to cover maintenance and server costs:

  • Advertising: The application may display advertisements (such as banners or voluntary rewarded videos).
  • Voluntary Donations: Users have the option to make external voluntary economic contributions to support the growth and maintenance of the project. These donations are fully voluntary, non-refundable, and do not confer any rights or intellectual property over the application.

5. Modification or Suspension of the Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, or suspend the application temporarily or permanently, as well as any of its features, without prior notice and without generating any liability to users.

6. Limitation of Liability
